Shipping rates and Delivery
Main Centres, Regional and Outlying areas
R1500 or more = FREE
Less than R1500 = R149.00
Door-to-door courier delivery: Nationwide shipping with The Courier Guy.
If the value of the goods in your cart is less than R1500 then a shipping fee will be applied upon checkout.
Approximate shipping time is 3-7 working days. Once your order is dispatched, we will notify you via email with a tracking number. The shipping time of heavy goods, bulk purchases and to outlying areas is generally 5-10 working days.
Late Deliveries:
Unforeseen circumstances like adverse weather, load shedding, lockdown regulations, hijacking, strikes or supplier issues could prolong the delivery time. It’s rare, but it can happen. Late delivery is not grounds for refund or cancellation of already shipped orders but if you are in any way concerned about the current location of your parcel and ETA of delivery, please contact us with your address and order number so that we can follow up for you on info@alchemiss.co.za.
We do not have a return pocily in place, as most of our products are consumables. In the unlikely case of lost or damaged goods, we will be happy to replace the products. If you are unhappy with your purchase, please reach out to us with your concerns and we will do our best to improve.
